In response to the question ‘How confident do you feel about the future of your organisation right now?’, the findings were as follows:
PRCA Director General, Francis Ingham MPRCA, said:
“All around the world, the PR industry is rising to the enormous challenge that confronts it. From one continent to another, PRCA members are facing the future with remarkable confidence.
“In our conversations with the industry leaders, there is a keen appreciation of the scale of the difficulties ahead, and a knowledge that tough decisions are required. But there is also a determination to make the tough decisions, and a belief that flexibility and a fundamental soundness will see the industry through to better times.”
